Fabric: (Double sided X2) 210D Oxford fabric. Anti-microbial coating that helps prevent mildewing from excess moisture. Treated with an additional ultraviolet inhibitor that helps to reduce fading from sunlight. Light polyurethane coating on back to increase the durability and lifespan of the flags. All fabric should be laser cut or similar to avoid fraying.

Header: Heavy synthetic fabric (usually 1” or 25.4cm), laser cut finished edge.

Grommet: Two (2) No.2 brass grommets in the header. Brass grommets are strong, malleable metal that can withstand wear and tear for many years. Resists natural corrosion and can withstand high temperatures.

Edges: Top, bottom and tip (s). Using a separate piece of material along the edge attached with a zig-zag stitch. The corners will be reinforced with a bartack stitch.

Sides: 2 Sided. Both sides will have original logo and will not be mirrored or reversed.

Ply: 2 Ply.

Decoration: Applique is sewn onto the background of your banner or flag, giving it a “quilted” or “layered” effect. Style of decoration is laser cut appliqué. The process of application is applique embroidery (sewn).
