Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing times – Orders for stock items typically ship within 3 – 5 business days. Custom orders (e.g., burgees or embroidered apparel) require additional production time. Once you approve your artwork proof, production generally will be communicated at the time an order is placed. During peak regatta seasons, lead times may extend; we’ll communicate any delays.

Shipping options – We offer several methods, including standard ground and expedited services. At checkout you’ll see available options and rates. We may occasionally offer free standard shipping for qualifying domestic orders (for example, orders over a certain amount).  All estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

International shipping – We do not ship outside of the USA..

Order tracking – Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking.

Delivery issues – If your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate. In the rare event of a lost package, we may offer replacement or refund at our discretion.

Address errors – It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional reshipment fees.
