Artwork Submission Requirements
Accepted file formats:

Vector files or existing embroidery files produce the best results. If artwork requires adjustment or digitizing, we will quote prior to production. Pricing is based on the current decoration rate sheet and reflects a 25% markup on base charges

Logo Size Guidelines
To simplify selection, embroidery sizes are defined as follows:
Small
Approximately half the size of a credit card
Medium
Most popular size
Approximately the size of a credit card
Large
Highly visible and impactful
Extra Large
Ideal for full-back designs
Approximately 8.5 x 11 inches
Final sizing may be adjusted slightly based on garment type and placement.
Color Matching
• Thread colors are matched to Pantone or brand color standards whenever provided
• Exact color matching depends on available thread inventory and embroidery limitations
Proof Approval
• A virtual proof is provided for approval prior to production
• Production begins only after proof approval
Lead Times
• First-time orders: approximately 15 business days after artwork approval
• Reorders: approximately 12 business days
Lead times are averages and begin once artwork approval and payment are complete.
Reorders
• Reorders do not require the logo to remain in the same placement
• Garment styles, colors, and sizes may change on reorders
• Existing embroidery files are reused when available
Rush Orders
Rush production is not available. All embroidery follows standard lead times to maintain quality control.
Returns, Errors, and Guarantees
• Decorated products are custom items
• Products are guaranteed only to be free from defects
• Any defects or errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt
• Custom embroidered items cannot be returned for any other reason
